How do I find out more information about the property/my holiday?
If you have specific questions about a property or the details of your holiday - such as check in times - you’ll need to contact the property owner/manager directly.
You should also check the details on their ad and read any reviews about the property, to see if your question is answered there.
To check the details of a booking, go to Manage your holiday booking and enter your booking reference (e.g. BR123456) and the email address you used for booking. From here you can:
