What is a quote? (for travellers)
If you contacted a property owner about a holiday home, they should answer any queries and respond with a quote.
The quote confirms your holiday dates and gives you a breakdown of the costs and when payment is due. It also details the booking contract and cancellation policy.
If you’re happy with the quote all you need to do is accept it and pay online. You can do this from the email you receive from us, or through the Manage your holiday booking tab - you’ll find this top right on our website.
If you have any questions about your quote, contact the advertiser directly by hitting reply to the email from us, or by using the phone number on their advert (if displayed).
