What does ‘response time’ mean?

Your response time is a score that takes into account how long you took to respond to your last 20 booking requests or inquiries. You’ll see your average response time when viewing an inquiry in your TripAdvisor Inbox.

It’s important to keep this figure low because owners who respond within six hours are twice as likely to secure a booking.
